Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
To initiate a return, please adhere to the following conditions:
- If you wish to return the products, you have 7 calendar days to contact us after the products have arrived. Once we have replied to you via email, you will have another 7 calendar days to ship and return the products.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must include the receipt, proof of purchase, or other related evidence.
- Merchandise that has been custom modified or personalized for the customer, such as custom-ordered items and items with engraved names or other products for which it is clearly stated on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned, will not be eligible for return or refund unless the reason for return is attributable to a fault or mistake on our end.
Refunds
- Once we have received and confirmed your item, we will inspect it and notify you. After inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. When the purchase amount is refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
